| What is
MyRebate? |
MyRebate is a FREE online shopping portal that combines the buying clout of our members with the variety
of hundreds of merchants. At MyRebate, the only difference is the savings. Same stores, same products,
same prices.
By shopping through MyRebate at over 400 of your favorite online stores, you can earn up to 25% cash
discounts on each and every purchase.
How? Simple. Our merchants give us commissions to send valuable MyRebate shoppers to their sites.
And we give those commissions right back to you. In cash. No forms to fill out, no strings attached. |

join? |
| Sign up
now using our quick and easy form. Or click the sign up link on the home page. Either way, it's free and you can start shopping and earning discounts as soon as you're a member. |
| What do I have to do to get a
discount? |
Not much. Simply log on to MyRebate
(or sign up if you haven't yet joined), pick one of our hundreds of merchants, and then shop as you normally would. We'll take care of crediting your account with the discount you've earned on all your purchases. Every three months, we'll mail you a Big Fat Check. (If your discounts total $5.00 or less, we'll carry over your money to the next check.) No forms to fill out. No strings attached.

| Our hundreds of merchants give us commissions to send valuable customers like you to their sites. And we give those commissions right back to you. Every time you shop. We also work to create higher discount amounts - as well as special deals - by leveraging the size of our member base. |
| Where do my discounts
go? |
Your
Check will be mailed directly to you!
Change the destination of your Check as often as you like. However, each
Check will be sent based on the selection that is active on the date that our quarter ends. If no address is present in your account profile, we will be unable to send you a check and your discounts will be rolled over into the next quarter's balance. |
| Do all purchases I make at any MyRebate
merchant get credited by MyRebate? |
Yes, if you start at
MyRebate every time you shop there. If you do not click through MyRebate
prior to entering the merchant site, you will not be credited with a discount. (There are also some products that do not qualify for discounts -- see below.) If you click through
MyRebate and make a purchase, then surf elsewhere on the Web and return to that store and make a second purchase, your second purchase will not earn a discount. (You must click through
MyRebate every time you shop at a merchant site.) If you use multiple windows on your browser, the window in which you shop at the merchant must have been originated at the
MyRebate Web site.

| Can I use special offers and coupons and still earn an MyRebate
discount? |
We work with our merchants to provide you with specials and coupons that you can combine with the
MyRebate discounts for maximum savings. We try very hard to provide you with an extensive list of merchant specials and coupons. Please refer to the specials page or the store search for these offers. If you choose to use coupons and specials that are not listed on the
MyRebate site, we cannot guarantee that you will be eligible to receive an
MyRebate discount on your purchases. It is advisable to check with each merchant to see if they allow such combination for specials and coupons not listed on the
MyRebate site.
Furthermore, please be advised that coupons and special offers listed on the
MyRebate site are subject to change. Restrictions may apply. MyRebate
tries to present the most accurate offers but cannot make guarantees due to the time-sensitive nature of these promotions. |

| Do all purchases qualify for a
discount? |
Virtually every item you purchase through
MyRebate qualifies for a discount. We cannot, however, give discounts for taxes, shipping, or any portion of a purchase that is paid for with coupons, gift certificates or a store credit. (We do give discounts on shipping charges only at the following merchants: ShippingOnly, TheFreeGiftCenter.) Any purchase of products and services in which the transaction is substantially completed by telephone does not qualify for a discount. In addition, a few merchants have specifically noted that they will not pay discounts for certain items including:
-Dell Computers: any purchase of Dell products and services in which the transaction is substantially completed by telephone or by a Dell salesperson, or any purchase of refurbished goods. Any orders placed through the Dell Business Alliance Systems Division, State & Local Government, Federal Government, Education, Healthcare, Medium & Large Business, Emerging Business and Internet Service Provider Divisions are not eligible for discounts. Please be aware that Dell is unable to track orders that are made by linking between business units. If you click on Dell Home, Dell Home Software and Peripherals or Dell Small Business, the purchase needs to be made within that business unit. If you find that you have navigated away from the intended site or you wish to access other areas of the Dell Site, return to the
MyRebate home page and choose the appropriate link for the purchase. Purchases of computer systems are not permitted through the Dell Home Software and Peripherals link. Purchases made in the Dell Outlet site are not commissionable, and a discount will not be paid.
-PCConnection: Existing PC Connection Customers using their Internet Business Accounts for the purchase.
-DisneyStore: DisneyWorld park passes.
-Cooking.com: all All-Clad products.
-Buy.com: purchases made within their "Travel" store.
-Walmart: Travel and Gift cards.
-Bidz.com Auction purchases are not eligible to earn discounts, with Bidz being the sole exception.
MyRebate members earn $5 per order number at Bidz.com. Please be aware that in order to be eligible, the bid must be paid to Bidz. com and not a third party. In addition, in order to earn
rMyRebate at Bidz.com you must click through MyRebate to register a new Bidz account. Existing Bidz customers (not registered by clicking through
MyRebate) cannot earn rMyRebate using the MyRebate shopping program. Using manual PayPal payments as your method of payment at Bidz will not qualify to earn a discount. However, you may use automatic PayPal payments.
- Prescriptions from all merchants are not eligible due to Federal/State laws and regulations.
- Monthly Deliveries, such as Wine-of-the-month clubs, monthly pet food deliveries and telephone service packages are not eligible for a discount unless all months are paid for up front through
MyRebate.
-FogDog coupon: This coupon is not redeemable for cash, cannot be used with any other coupon, does not apply to shipping, handling and tax, does not apply to custom uniform orders, and cannot be used to purchase a gift certificate. Sale items are excluded, as well as Oakley, Calloway, Air Jordan, Atec, Jugs, Rawlings HOH products, Wilson baseball and softball gloves, softball and baseball bats with a retail value over $150, basketball hoop systems, or any product with a retail value over $500.
Barnes&Noble: Purchases made through the "PC & Video Games" (GameStop.com) area of Barnes&Noble are not eligible for a discount. Video games and downloadable articles are also not eligible for a discount.
-Sony Style: Purchases of car audio products do not qualify to earn a discount.
-JCPenney: Any purchase placed online but picked up at a JCPenney store is not eligible for a discount.
-Merchant catalogs: Any order for a merchant catalog is not eligible for a discount.
-Home Shopping Network: the purchase of services.
-Purchases made through Eddie Bauer Outlet are not eligible for discounts.
-Mr. InkMan: Hewlett Packard products bought at Mr. Inkman do not earn discounts.
-L.L. Bean: Gift certificate purchases that are less than $50 do not earn discounts.
-Office Depot: Purchases at Office Depot are not eligible for discount if you are logged into Office Depot as a Business Services Member.
-AutoBarn: Purchases of tires and new/used cars on AutoBarn do not qualify to earn discounts.
-More Cash: Multiple subscriptions for any of the subscription-based services. Only the original signup will be credited with a discount. (Only one discount per member will be awarded.)

| What does "Coupon-Only"
mean? |
| "Coupon Only" means that you can use the coupon codes posted on
MyRebate to get great deals at "Coupon Only stores." You just click through the links on
MyRebate and use the coupon codes at check out. "Coupon-Only" purchases do not qualify for an
MyRebate discount. |
| What if the MyRebate frame disappears while I am
shopping? |
| A small percentage of our merchants have technology that prevents the
MyRebate frame from appearing once you go to their site. If you select one of these merchants, the frame will disappear but you'll still be within the
MyRebate network earning discounts. If you use Internet Explorer 6 the
MyRebate frame will not appear. However, you will see a pop-up to notify you that you are being tracked by
MyRebate. |

For Internet Explorer 6
On the Tools dropdown menu, select Internet Options. In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Privacy Tab. Move the Security slider to the Medium level or lower and click OK.
For Internet Explorer 5
On the tools dropdown menu, select Internet Options. In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Security tab. Make sure the Internet icon is selected. Move the Security slider to the medium level or lower, and then click OK.
For Internet Explorer 4.x
On the View menu, select Internet Options. In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Advanced tab. Scroll down to the Security section, and then click to select the checkbox next to "Always accept cookies." Click OK.
For Netscape 6
On the Edit menu, select Preferences. On the Category menu, select Privacy and Security. On the Privacy and Security menu select Cookies. Click the box next to "Enable all cookies." Click OK.
For Netscape 4.x
On the Edit menu, select Preferences. On the Category menu, select Advanced. Click the box next to "Accept all cookies." Click OK.
For AOL 5.x
Select My AOL. Choose WWW, and click the Security tab. Go to Custom Level, find "Cookie," and click "Enable." Click OK.

| If you click on "My Account" in the top navigation bar or "View my account summary," you may view your
account summary. |
| How can I update my account
information? |
Click on
"My Account" in the top navigation bar or "View my account summary." Then click on the "different address" hyperlink in the first sentence. This page will allow you to view your current profile and make any necessary changes to your name, address, e-mail address, and where we send your Big Fat Check.

| How do I search for a store or
product? |
| Find the "Store" search tab below the top navigation bar. Type the name of the store you're looking for, and click the "search" button. Alternatively, to search for a particular product - in the Search box select the product option. Select the category you wish to search. Type the name of the product you wish to search and click the "search" button. |
| Can I useMyRebate if I live outside the U.S. and
Canada? |
| Yes, as long as the merchant you are purchasing from will ship outside of the U.S. and Canada. Keep in mind that all Big Fat Checks are paid in U.S. dollars. |
| What if MyRebate doesn't offer the store I
want? |
| We are working daily to ensure our member base will enjoy a variety of goods and services from quality merchants. If we do not have your favorite store, or if you would like to recommend a store to us, simply email our customer care department. We will do everything possible to add your merchant. |

Program? |

Tell your friends and family about how easy it is to save big by shopping through
MyRebate. When someone you refer makes their first purchase, we'll reward you with $5.00 - at no cost to them. Please remember we only allow one account per person.

| Do gift certificates qualify for a
discount? |
| Nope.
MyRebate can't give discounts for the portion of a purchase that is made with gift certificates. Nor can we give discounts for the purchase of gift certificates, with the exception of those purchased at Spa Wish, GiftCertificate and
GiveAnything. |
| What if I want to return or cancel an
order? |
Returns are subject to the return policy of the merchant from whom you purchased. If you return or cancel an item, we have to reverse any discount from that sale.
Returns (also deemed as exchanges) make a discount ineligible. In the process of an exchange, the merchant cancels the old order and replaces it with a new one. When doing this, the
MyRebate commission gets reversed and a new commission is not established because the merchant has created the new order (thus meaning the order was not completed through
MyRebate - but placed through the merchant directly). Because of this, the merchant will not pay us the commission, which means we have no discount to pass on to you.
To avoid loosing the discount - In future transactions, please make sure all returns are final and that it is not an exchange. Have the merchant refund your credit card, and then re-place the order through us to receive the discount. |

| How safe is my credit card info? |
| Credit card security is of the utmost importance to us.
MyRebate was founded by two former Deputy District Attorneys who have prosecuted hundreds of credit card fraud cases. Our goal from the beginning was to create the safest possible online shopping
environment. |

secure when going through MyRebate? |
Always. When you check out at any of our merchants, you are on the safest possible connection, a Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

| Since our merchant pages appear in the
MyRebate frame, the "padlock" icon may not appear or may appear unlocked at the bottom of your browser. Rest assured that all transactions through
MyRebate are secure. |
| Will MyRebate sell information about me or my purchase habits? |
| No. Period. |
| What are "cookies" and how do I enable them? |
| Cookies are simply text files that allow a site to recognize you when you return. This means you don't have to log-in again and again. Cookies used by
MyRebate and our network of merchants are completely safe and they are enabled by default with most browsers. |
| Will I start receiving "spam" if I join? |
No. We will not sell your information to any third party. We do send our own members information related to savings and special offers as they become available, but you may unsubscribe from our email lists at any time.
